This compound was prepared from ethyl 7-[(4-fluorophenyl)methyl]-4-hydroxy-2-oxo-1,2-dihydro-1,5-naphthyridine-3-carboxylate and 2-(1-pyrrolidinyl)ethylamine employing methods similar to those described in Example 2 and was obtained as a white solid: 1H NMR (d6-DMSO) δ 10.61 (1H, br), 8.28 (1H, br s), 7.36 (1H, s), 7.30 (2H, m), 7.14 (2H, t, J=8.8 Hz), 4.04 (2H, s), 3.41 (2H, m), 2.56 (2H, t, J=6.4 Hz), 2.54-2.48 (4H, m), 1.68 (4H, m); ES+ MS: 411 (M+H+, 100).
