This compound was prepared from ethyl 7-[(4-fluorophenyl)methyl]-4-hydroxy-2-oxo-1,2-dihydro-1,5-naphthyridine-3-carboxylate and 2-(1H-imidazol-4-yl)ethylamine employing methods similar to those described in Example 11 and was obtained as an off-white solid: 1H NMR (CF3CO2D) δ 8.66 (1H, s), 8.60 (1H, s), 8.43 (1H, s), 7.39 (1H, s), 7.22 (2H, m), 7.08 (2H, t, J=8.4 Hz), 4.36 (2H, s), 4.00 (2H, br, t, J=6 Hz), 3.29 (2H, br t, J=6 Hz); ES+ MS: 408 (M+H+, 100).
