This compound was prepared from ethyl 7-[(4-fluorophenyl)methyl]-4-hydroxy-2-oxo-1,2-dihydro-1,5-naphthyridine-3-carboxylate and benzohydrazide employing methods similar to those described in Example 9 and was obtained as a light yellow solid: 1H NMR (d6-DMSO) δ 12.08 (1H, br s), 11.83 (1H, br s), 11.05 (1H, br s), 8.55 (1H, br s), 7.91-7.89 (2H, m), 7.60-7.49 (4H, m), 7.34-7.30 (2H, m), 7.16-7.13 (2H, m), 4.14 (2H, m); HRMS calcd for C23H17FN4O4+H+: 433.1312. Found 433.1311.
