This compound was prepared from ethyl 7-[(2,4-difluorophenyl)methyl]-4-hydroxy-2-oxo-1,2-dihydro-1,5-naphthyridine-3-carboxylate and 3-amino-2,2-dimethylpropanol employing methods similar to those described in Example 9 and was obtained as a white solid: 1H NMR (d6-DMSO) tautomers are observed δ 11.80 (1H, br s ), 10.93 (1H, br s), 10.22 (1H, br s), 8.18 (0.29H, s), 8.13 (0.71H, s), 7.45-7.38 (1H, m), 7.30 (1H, s), 7.27-7.21 (1H, m), 7.09-7.05 (1H, m), 4.59 (1H, m), 4.02 (2H, s), 3.17-3.05 (4H, m), 0.81 (6H, s); HRMS calcd for C21H21F2N3O4+H+: 418.1578. Found 418.1569.
