Reaction Steps

This compound was prepared from ethyl 1-[2-(dimethylamino)-2-oxoethyl]-7-[(4-fluorophenyl)methyl]-4-hydroxy-2-oxo-1,2-dihydro-1,5-naphthyridine-3-carboxylate and cyclobutylamine employing methods similar to those described in Example 245. The product was obtained as a white solid: 1H NMR (d6-DMSO) δ 10.34 (1H, br), 8.49 (1H, br), 7.77 (1H, br), 7.30 (2H, m), 7.12 (2H, t, J=8.8 Hz), 5.10 (2H, br s), 4.39 (1H, m), 4.09 (2H, br s), 3.11 (3H, s), 2.81 (3H, s), 2.27 (2H, m), 1.99 (2H, m), 1.70 (2H, m); HRMS calcd for C24H25FN4O4+H+: 453.1938. Found: 453.1937.
