This compound was prepared from ethyl 7-[(4-fluorophenyl)methyl]-4-hydroxy-2-oxo-1,2-dihydro-1,5-naphthyridine-3-carboxylate and 3-isopropoxypropylamine employing methods similar to those described in Example 2 and was obtained as a white solid: 1H NMR (d6-DMSO) δ 11.73 (1H, br s), 10.71 (1H, br s), 10.23 (1H, br s), 8.17 (1H, br s), 7.28-7.24 (3H, m), 7.15-7.10 (2H, t, J=8.4 Hz), 4.00 (2H, s), 3.52-3.46 (1H, m), 3.39 (2H, t, J=6 Hz), 3.30-3.21 (2H, m), 1.68-1.62 (2H, m), 1.06 (6H, d, J=6.1 Hz); HRMS calcd for C22H24FN3O4+H+: 414.1829. Found 414.1810.
