This compound was prepared from ethyl1-[3-(2,5-dioxo-1-pyrrolidinyl)propyl]-7-[(4-fluorophenyl)methyl]-4-hydroxy-2-oxo-1,2-dihydro-1,5-naphthyridine-3-carboxylate and ethanolamine employing methods similar to those described in Example 202 and was obtained as a white solid. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ 10.36 (t, J=5.3 Hz, 1 H), 8.55 (d, J=1.2 Hz, 1 H), 7.34 (s, 1 H), 7.19 (dd, J=8.5, 5.4 Hz, 2 H), 7.04 (t, J=8.5 Hz, 2 H), 4.17-4.13 (m, 4 H), 3.85 (t, J=5.0 Hz, 2 H), 3.63 (m, 2 H), 3.56 (t, J=7.1 Hz, 2 H), 2.72 (s, 4 H), 1.92 (m, 2 H); HRMS C25H25FN4O6 (M+H)+ calcd 497.1758, found 497.1832.
