A mixture of 4-chloro-6-{2-[4-(3-chlorophenyl)-1H-imidazol-2-yl]-4-morpholinyl}-2-pyrimidinamine (1.1 g, 2.81 mmol), 2-fluoro-4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)benzonitrile (0.903 g, 3.65 mmol), Na2CO3 (0.745 g, 7.03 mmol) and Pd(PPh3)4 (0.325 g, 0.281 mmol) in 1,4-dioxane (4 mL) and water (1 mL) was heated at 140° C. under microwave condition with stirring for 1 hour. The reaction mixture was filtered, washed by ethyl acetate (100 mL) and concentrated to afford the crude title compound (310 mg) as a yellow solid. LC-MS (ES) m/z=476 [M+H]+.
