Reaction Steps
A mixture of Example 95C (70.0 mg, 0.193 mmol) and m-chloroperoxybenzoic acid (52.0 mg, 0.232 mmol) in CH2Cl2 (2 ml) was stirred for 20 minutes. tert-Butyl 3-amino-7,8-dihydro-1,6-naphthyridine-6(5H)-carboxylate (57.9 mg, 0.232 mmol) was added to the reaction mixture. After 5 hours, the reaction mixture was diluted with ethyl acetate, washed with saturated aqueous NaHCO3, and brine. The organic layer was dried over MgSO4, filtered, concentrated, and purified on a 12 g column using the ISCO Companion flash system eluting with ethyl acetate to provide the title compound.
