Reaction Steps
By the reaction in the same manner as in Starting Material Synthesis Example 1 using (S)-(+)-3-pyrrolidinol (12.3 g) and acrylonitrile (10.2 mL), (S)-3-(3-hydroxypyrrolidin-1-yl)propionitrile (53 g) was obtained.
