Reaction Steps
To a stirred solution of 2-[1-(dimethylamino)-1-methylethyl]-N-(4-fluorobenzyl)-5,6-dihydroxypyrimidine-4-carboxamide hydrochloride (prepared as described in example 4) in NMP an excess of morpholine (10 eq.) was added and mixture was stirred over night at 100° C. After cooling to room temperature, title product was isolated by RP HPLC (MeCN/H2O containing 0.1% TFA as eluant).
