4-Methoxy-4′-trifluoromethyl-biphenyl-3-carboxylic acid [2-(3′-chloro-4′-fluoro-biphenyl-4-yl)-1-(R)-(methoxy-methyl-carbamoyl)-ethyl]-amide (0.078 g ) was prepared from 3-(3′-Chloro-4′-fluoro-biphenyl-4-yl)-2-(R)-[(4-methoxy-4′-trifluoromethyl-biphenyl-3-carbonyl)-amino]-propionic acid (0.1 g, 0.179 mmol) and N,O-dimethylhydroxylamine hydrochloride (0.017 g, 0.179 mmol) following general procedure A
