Procedure

The resin-bound 2-(4-bromo-phenyl)-N-[2-Hydroxy-4-(3,4-dichloro-6-methyl-phenoxy)-phenyl]-acetamide (120 mg, 0.1 mmol, obtained from coupling reaction between the resin bound 2-Amino-5-(2,4-dichloro-6-methyl-phenoxy)-phenol and 4-bromophenyl acetic acid following the general procedure A) was reacted with 3-trifluormethyl-phenyl boronic acid (56.7 mg, 0.3 mmol) as described in the general procedure D followed by cleavage as described in example 1, to afford (27.5 mg) of title compound.
