Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from 1-(4-(2-(4-methoxybenzylamino)pyrimidin-4-yloxy)-3-fluorophenyl)-3-(2-(4-fluorophenyl)acetyl)urea (Example 15, 20 mg, 0.039 mmol) using a similar procedure described for Example 16. Flash chromatography on SiO2 using EtOAc then 1-2% MeOH in CH2Cl2 as eluents gave the title compound (10 mg, 62%) as an off-white solid. 1H NMR (DMSO-d6) δ 11.01 (s, 1H), 10.52 (s, 1H), 8.20 (d, 1H, J=6.0 Hz), 7.70 (dd, 1H, J=12.1, 2.0 Hz), 7.36-7.30 (m, 6H), 7.16 (dd, 2H, J=8.8, 8.8 Hz), 6.45 (d, 1H, J=6.1 Hz), 3.73 (s, 2H); MS(ESI+) m/z 400.09 (M+H)+.
