The title compound is prepared from methyl 2-((S)-6-((R)-7-fluoro-4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)-2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-1-yloxy)-2,3-dihydrobenzofuran-3-yl)acetate and 4-(4-bromo-3,5-dimethylphenoxy)-2-methylbutan-2-ol following a procedure analogous to that described in Step 5 of Intermediate 1. LC (method 4): tR=1.90 min; Mass spectrum (ESI+): m/z=571 [M+Na]+.
