Reaction Steps
N-[3-(5-Ethyl-7,7-dimethyl-6-oxo-1,5,6,7-tetrahydro-imidazo[4,5-f]indol-2-yl)-1H-pyrazol-4-yl]-nicotinamide was prepared using 2-(4-amino-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)-5-ethyl-7,7-dimethyl-5,7-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-f]indol-6-one (200 mg, 0.64 mmol) and nicotinoyl chloride hydrochloride (282 mg, 1.93 mmol). The title compound was obtained as pink powder (94 mg, 35%).
