Reaction Steps
tert-Butyl cis-3-(4-bromo-3,5-dimethylphenoxy)cyclobutylcarbamate (200 mg) and trifluoroacetic acid (0.13 mL) are dissolved in dichloromethane (6 mL). The reaction mixture is stirred at 0° C. for 5 hours, diluted with a saturated aqueous solution of NaHCO3, dried (MgSO4) and concentrated to give the title compound. Yield: 400 mg.
