Reaction Steps
Preparation of example 54 from the title compound of Example 53 (30 mg, 0.056 mmol) and 45% TFA in CH2Cl2 (1 mL) was carried out analogously to Example 20. Isolation, also in an analogous manner, afforded the title compound (26 mg, 0.047 mmol) as a yellow powder in 84% yield.
