Reaction Steps
At ambient temperature, 3.0 g (20.5 mmol) of the compound obtained in Step B of Example 15 and 4.1 g (20.5 mmol) of N-tert-butyloxycarbonyl-homopiperazine in 41 ml of acetonitrile are mixed together and then heated at reflux for 48 hours. After evaporation and flash chromatography on 300 g of silica (eluant: dichloromethane/ethanol 98/2), the expected compound is collected.
