PCC (14.5 mmol, 20% w/w on silica gel) was added to a solution of 10.1 (2.91 mmol) in DCM (20 mL). After 1 hour, the reaction mixture was chromatographed (silica gel, 1:2 EtOAc/hexane) to obtain compound 10.2 (2.41 mmol). MS ESI (pos.) m/e:296.0 (M+Na). 1H NMR (500 MHz) (DMSO-d6) δ 8.52 (s, 1H); 8.43 (d, J=9 Hz, 2H); 7.67 (s, 1H); 7.23 (d, J=9 Hz, 2H); 5.71 (m, 1H); 3.74-3.76 (m, 1H); 3.62-3.65 (m, 1H); 1.88-1.91 (m, 2H); 1.81-1.82 (m, 1H); 1.59-1.67 (m, 3H).
