Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared from (S)-tert-butyl(7-fluoro-4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)-2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-1-yloxy)dimethylsilane and 3-bromo-2-fluoropyridine following a procedure analogous to that described in Step 5 of Intermediate 1. LC (method 7): tR=1.31 min.; Mass spectrum (ESI+): m/z=362 [M+H]+.
