Reaction Steps
Using (+)-N-((3R)-3-(4-isopropylphenyl)-4,6-dimethyl-2,3-dihydro-1-benzofuran-5-yl)-3,3-dimethylbutanamide obtained in Example 37, the title compound was synthesized in the same manner as in Example 20. Yield: 83%. Melting point: 179-180° C. (ethyl acetate-hexane). [α]D°=−25.80° (c=0.48, chloroform).
