Reaction Steps
Using ethyl(2E)-3-(4-(5-((3,3-dimethylbutanoyl)amino)-4,6,7-trimethyl-2,3-dihydro-1-benzofuran-3-yl)phenyl)but-2-enoate obtained in Example 179, the title compound was synthesized in the same manner as in Example 180. Yield: 76%. Melting point: 100-101° C. (ethyl acetate-hexane).
