The title compound is prepared from {(S)-6-[(R)-7-fluoro-4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-[1,3,2]dioxaborolan-2-yl)-indan-1-yloxy]-2,3-dihydro-benzofuran-3-yl}-acetic acid methyl ester and 2-(4-chloro-3,5-dimethyl-phenyl)-1,4-dimethyl-imidazole following a procedure analogous to that described in Step 5 of Intermediate 1. LC (method 7): tR=0.98 min; Mass spectrum (ESI+): m/z=541 [M+H]+.
