Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from tert-butyl 6-oxa-3-azabicyclo[3.1.0]hexane-3-carboxylate and 4-fluorophenylmagnesium bromide according to the procedure for Example 1, step A. 1H-NMR (CDCl3): δ: 1.49 (s, 9H), 3.2-3.4 (m, 3H), 3.50 (m, 1H), 3.7-3.95 (m, 2H), 4.32 (q, 1H, 5 Hz), 7.05 (t, 2H), 7.23 (m, 2H) ppm.
