Reaction Steps
1-Phenyl-propane-1,2-dione 2-oxime (0.103 g, 0.631 mmol) was reacted as described for the synthesis of 4-ethyl-2-(4-iodo-2-methoxy-pyridin-3-yl)-5-phenyl-imidazol-1-ol and afforded the title material (0.093 g, 36%). LCMS (+ESI, M+H+) m/z 407.
