The compound of Example 14 (60 mg, 0.14 mmol) was dissolved in methanol (2 ml) before 5 M NaOH was added (150 μl). The resulting yellow solution was allowed to stir at room temperature for 30 minutes. The desired compound was isolated by prep-HPLC as a white solid. 1H-NMR (DMSO): 10.73 (s, 1H), 7.93 (d, 2H), 7.31 (m, 2H), 7.17 (d, 2H), 7.02 (d, 1H), 4.28 (q, 4H), 3.78 (s, 1H), 1.57 (s, 6H). LC-MS (ES+): 394 [MH]+ m/e.
