Reaction Steps
A solution of dihydrochloride of Compound 18 (400 mg, 1.09 mmol) in THF (20 mL) was added with triethylamine (0.42 mL, 3.01 mmol) and ethylisodyanate (117 mg, 1.65 mmol), followed by stirring at room temperature for 3 hours. The reaction mixture was added with water, and deposited crystal was collected by filtration and was dried to obtain Compound 59 (218 mg, 55%).
