Reaction Steps
2-bromo-5,6-dichloro-1-(5-deoxy-β-D-ribofuranosyl)benzimidazole (211) was prepared using the same method as that used for the preparation of compound 210, except that 2-bromo-5,6-dichlorobenzimidazole was condensed with the carbohydrate 206 instead of 207.
