Reaction Steps
Treatment of the product of part (i) (2.46 g) with lithium diisopropylamide (0.02 mole) in dry tetrahydrofuran followed by 1-(2,4-difluorophenyl)-2-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)ethanone (4.49 g) according to the method of Example 3 gave the title compound, (0.185 g), m.p. 126°-127° (from ether).
