Example 50 can be prepared according to the procedure described for the preparation of Example 49, replacing 5-methylpyrazine-2-carboxylic acid from Example 49a with -(1,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid in Example 50a to produce (S)-2-(1,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxamido)non-8-enoic acid. All subsequent steps should proceed in a similar fashion to Example 49 to produce Example 50.
