A mixture of tert-butyl 4-((2-chloro-5-(pyridine-4-yl)-7-tosyl-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-ylamino)methyl)piperidine-1-carboxylate (90 mg, 0.15 mmol), 1-(4-(4-aminophenyl)piperazin-1-yl)ethanone (66 mg, 0.30 mmol) and TMSCl (0.100 mL, 0.79 mmol) in nBuOH (4 mL) was stirred at 135° C. for 68 h. It was then concentrated in vacuo. The residue was purified by HPLC to give the titled compound (26 mg). MS 526.47 (M+H); UV 202.6, 259.2, 304.3 nm.
