A mixture of N1-(2-chloro-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-yl)cyclohexane-1,2-diamine (44 mg, 0.17 mmol), N-(4-aminophenyl)-N-methylacetamide (56 mg, 0.34 mmol) and trimethylsilyl chloride (0.146 mL, 1.15 mmol) in nBuOH (2 mL) was heated at 116° C. for 4 h. It was then purified by HPLC to give the titled compound (6 mg). MS 394.2 (M+H); UV 201.4, 262.7, 306.7 nm.
