To a solution of N-(4-(4-(3-(aminomethyl)phenylamino)-7-tosyl-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-2-ylamino)phenyl)-N-methylacetamide (27 mg, 0.049 mmol) in MeOH (3 mL), aq. 1N KOH (1.0 mL, 1.0 mmol) was added. The mixture was stirred at 60° C. for 3 h. It was concentrated in vacuo. The residue was acidified with HOAc (1 mL) before being purified by HPLC to give the titled compound (15 mg). MS 402.3 (M+H); UV 202.6, 282.9, 315.0 nm.
