Reaction Steps

The title compound was prepared following procedure described for intermediate B1, but starting from 5-(3-furyl)[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyridin-2-amine ((A2), 50 mg; 0.25 mmol; 1.0 eq.) and m-anisoyl chloride (85 mg; 0.50 mmol; 2.0 eq.). Crude was purified on SPE NH2 column and the title compound was isolated as a white powder (26.9 mg, 32%). HPLC, Rt: 3.32 min. (purity 89.0%). LC/MS, M+(ESI): 306.4.
