Reaction Steps
5-(4-(6-(4-Amino-phenoxy)-1-methyl-1H-benzimidazol-2-ylmethoxy)-benzyl)-thiazolidine-2,4-dione.dihydrochloride was used in place of 5-(4-(6-(3-isopropylamino-phenoxy)-1-methyl-1H-benzimidazol-2-ylmethoxy)-benzyl)-thiazolidine-2,4-dione.dihydrochloride of Production Example 4, and methyl ethyl ketone was used in place of acetaldehyde to give the title compound in similar manner to Production Example 4.
