4-{5-[1-(2,4-Bis-trifluoromethyl-benzyl)-1H-indazol-5-ylmethylene]-4-oxo-4,5-dihydro-thiazol-2-yl}-piperazine-1,3-dicarboxylic acid 1-tert-butyl ester was prepared from 5-[1-(2,4-bis-trifluoromethyl-benzyl)-1H-indazol-5-ylmethylene]-2-methylsulfanyl-thiazol-4-one and piperazine-1,3-(R)-dicarboxylic acid 1-tert-butyl ester following General Procedure C. Compound was not isolated and 1-{5-[1-(2,4-Bis-trifluoromethyl-benzyl)-1H-indazol-5-ylmethylene]-4-oxo-4,5-dihydro-thiazol-2-yl}-piperazine-2-(R)-carboxylic acid acid was prepared following General Procedure H.
