Reaction Steps

Intermediate 84 was coupled with 2-Pyridin-4-yl-ethylamine following procedure F. The resulting product was deprotected following procedure G. LC-MS showed the product had the expected M+H+ of 417. 1H NMR (Varian 300 MHz, CD3OD, shifts relative to the solvent peak at 3.30 ppm) δ 8.72 (d, 2H) 88.3-8.5 (m, 2H) 8.06 (d, 2H) 7.88 (d, 1H) 7.72 (m, 1H) 7.58 (d, 1H) 4.59 (d, 2H) 4.12 (br s, 2H) 3.85 (m, 1H) 3.62 (m, 2H) 3.1-3.45 (m, 6H) 2.48 (m, 2H) 2.18-2.24 (m, 2H) 1.35 (t, 3H).
