In analogy to Example 1, step 1, (4-bromo-2-chloro-phenyl)-acetic acid was converted to the acid chloride and reacted with 8-fluoro-4-methyl-4H-benzo[1,4]oxazin-3-one in the presence of AlCl3 to give the title compound as a light-brown solid. MS (m/e, ISP neg. ion)=411.9 [M−H+].
