Reaction Steps
In analogy to Example 1, step 3, 7-[2-(4-bromo-2-chloro-phenyl)-propionyl]-1-methyl-1H-pyrido[2,3-b][1,4]oxazin-2-one was reacted with (trifluoromethyl)trimethylsilane and tetramethylammonium fluoride to give the title compound as a colorless solid. MS (m/e, ISP neg. ion)=477.0 [M−H+].
