Reaction Steps
In analogy to Example 1, step 2, 6-[2-(4-bromo-2-chloro-phenyl)-acetyl]-7-fluoro-4-methyl-4H-benzo[1,4]oxazin-3-one was reacted with sodium hydride and methyl iodide to give the title compound as a light brown foam. MS (m/e, ISP neg. ion)=426.0 [M+H+].
