Starting with [(R)-4-(3-fluoro-5-trifluoromethyl-benzene-sulfonylamino)-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-indazol-1-yl]-acetic acid ethyl ester (prepared by a method described above for example 1-1) and methyl iodide, using the method analogous to the one described for example 2-1, {(R)-4-[(3-fluoro-5-trifluoro-methyl-benzenesulfonyl)-methyl-amino]-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-indazol-1-yl}-acetic acid ethyl ester (500 mg, 94%) was prepared as a white solid. LC-MS cald. for C19H21F4N3O4S 463, obsd. (ESI+) [(M+H)+] 464.
