To a stirred solution of the product from Example 1 (70 mg) dissolved in DCM was added methanesulfonyl chloride (16 μl) and TEA (28.3 μl) under nitrogen. The resulting solution was stirred at rt for 16 h. The solvents were evaporated, the residue redissolved in MeOH and the crude product was purified by RPHPLC to afford the title compound 32 mg.
