Reaction Steps
The preparation was carried out in two stages, analogously to the synthesis of amine F-39, from tert-butyl 9-oxo-3-azaspiro[5.5]undecane-3-carboxylate and 3,3-difluoroazetidine hydrochloride with the addition of triethylamine (1 equiv.), or as follows:
