The title compound was prepared according to the procedure outlined in example 129 using 4-Chloro-2-[[(2,3-difluorophenyl)methyl]thio]-6-methoxypyrimidine (the product of example step i) (0.3 g), tris(dibenzylideneacetone)-dipalladium (0) (20 mg), 2-dicyclohexylphosphino-2′,4′,6′-tri-isopropyl-1,1′-biphenyl (XPHOS) (15 mg), cesium carbonate (0.70 g) and 4-pyrrolidin-1-ylpiperidine-1-sulfonamide (the product from step i), (0.4 g). The resulting crude material was purified using silica gel chromatography eluting with 5% methanol in DCM and trituration with Et2O to give the title compound as a white solid.
