Reaction Steps
(R)-4-(6-(trans-4-tert-butylcyclohexyloxy)-5-chloronaphthalen-2-yl)-4-methyloxazolidin-2-one was synthesized as per (R)-4-(5-bromo-6-(trans-4-tert-butylcyclohexyloxy)naphthalen-2-yl)-4-methyloxazolidin-2-one (Example 213) in 57% yield using (R)-4-(5-chloro-6-hydroxynaphthalen-2-yl)-4-methyloxazolidin-2-one as the to starting material.
