Reaction Steps
Using N-[6-(3-amino-4-methylphenoxy)imidazo[1,2-b]pyridazin-2-yl]cyclopropanecarboxamide (200 mg, 0.62 mmol), N,N-dimethylacetamide (3.0 mL) and cyclopentanecarbonyl chloride (90 μL, 0.74 mmol), and in the same manner as in Example 120, the title compound (119 mg, 46%) was obtained as a white powder.
