In a similar manner as described for example 9, 94 mg 5-[6-({[tert-butyl(dimethyl)silyl]oxy}methyl)-3H-imidazo[4,5-c]pyridin-3-yl]-3-{[2-(trifluoromethyl)benzyl]oxy}thiophene-2-carboxamide (compound A2) and 53 mg of tetra-n-butylammonium fluoride solution (˜75% in H2O) in 6 ml tetrahydrofuran yield the title compound.
