Reaction Steps

In a similar manner as described for example 51, 370 mg of 5-[6-({[tert-butyl(dimethyl)silyl]oxy}methyl)-3H-imidazo[4,5-c]pyridin-3-yl]-3-{(1R)-1-[2-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]ethoxy}thiophene-2-carboxamide and 166 mg of tetra-n-butylammonium fluoride (˜75% in H20) in 6 ml THF yield the title compound.
