Reaction Steps
A mixture of 350 mg of 5-[6-({[tert-butyl(dimethyl)silyl]oxy}methyl)-1H-imidazo[4,5-c]pyridin-1-yl]-3-[1-(2-chloro-4-cyanophenyl)ethoxy]thiophene-2-carboxamide in 20 ml THF is cooled to 0° C. At 0° C. 0.23 ml tetra-n-butylammonium fluoride (˜75% in H20) is added. The reaction mixture is allowed to warm to room temperature and stirred over night.
